What is you return policy?
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
All Promade Fans are final sale.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This is only valid for customers who contact us within 24-48 hours of pick up or arrival time. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (Lashladystudio@gmail.com) and send your item to:

LATE OR MISSING REFUND
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account
again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time

SHIPPING
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Can We order Online and pick up?
Yes, you may place an order online. Typically orders are done immediately within business hours.
How long is shipping?
Shipment is placed within 24-48 hours of order placement.
After order is placed and shipped, shipment may take about 3 business days depending on shipping carrier.
